i thought it was just me :) it really bugs me when its a vendor that is selling/trading and they don't write back *hint*hint*hint* oh well it just makes me buy my parts from coz :) if im emailing people asking about things they are selling you think theyd be more then happy to take my money- or like shirow said reply to say the part is gone.now im cranky heres my rant for the day- this reminds of the story about z1 not having time for a customer because he only needed a small part that cost less then shipping it... the way i chose who im going to buy parts from is by ordering the small part and seeing how im treated before i go spending lots of money somehwere. why should i have to drop $10k on stuff just to get decent service? screw that- my $50 order might night seem like a big deal but what if i have 10 of those over the next month/6 months year? and now that im doing a copmlete rebuild who will get my request for the parts? my story- once apon a time i was starting a comercial floor care busniess and my dads addvise (he managed a bodyshop in totonto for 25 years) was treat every costomer like they are your biggest... i never realy took that to heart until i got my first job- it was a tiny little 10'x10' floor that took me 2 hours to drive to and only paid about $40 but i did it anyway. turns out i made a such an impression on the owner by doing it that he called me for more work... now his business alone grosses me $7k a month. not that every situation will end up like that but thats how i chose my vendors... start small see how they do... this has nothing to do with the original post sorry lol :) but i feel better regards, shane
